Before your appointment - please send me a pic of your current hair so I can gauge the color, condition, length, thickness and texture of your hair. This is to get a feel before you sit in my chair. In addition to a current hair pic, please send any inspirational pics my way.
What if I have to cancel?
Things happen, I understand that! If you feel that need to cancel, please contact me to avoid being charged a no-show fee. There is more info about cancelations located at the bottom of this webpage. Please do not come in if you are feeling under the weather.
What should I do when I arrive for my appointment?
Please text me at: 803-370-0833 when you arrive. I try to stay on schedule, but in some cases there may be a short delay. Please know that I do value you your time and try my best to be on time.
Mask are required. I do keep extra on hand and offer mask breaks as needed.
I understand things come up.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you can do so in the Schedulcity app or contact me directly. There is NO fee for *canceled* appointments. But you have to let me know
There IS a $25 fee for *no show* cut appointments. $50 for *no show* color appointments. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
If you are sick or feel unwell - please reschedule! Again, no fee for canceled appointments, only No Shows.
Please do not come in if you feel unwell, have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with a positive COVID result in the last 10 days.
